The Law of Attraction!

Isn't it amazing how things come about in your life? Do you believe you bring them about or it is just fate? Over the past couple years I have read a lot, AND experienced a lot, about the Law of Attraction in my life and others. I do believe there is something to changing your outlook towards life and how it can bring about great change in your life. I have seen it happen for me!

I get so many emails. Just the other day I received a mass distribution email from a good friend. It was spreading the word about a speaker who was to be in town. Well of course the title caught my attention. The topic to be covered was the Law of Attraction.

Of course I shared this with Kim, my friend who also believes in this and the power of positive attitude. I asked if she wanted to attend. I had already planned to attend whether I could get someone to go with me or not. Not surprising, her instant response was, "Sign me up!"

I now regret that I did not pass the message on to everyone else I know. Since I could not attest to the quality of the speaker, and there was a charge for the workshop, I hesitated. For some reason I held back and did not pass the word on. My Bad, I should have had a more positive attitude right! Oh well, even we optimist fall short some days.

Well, I have to report, the event was well worth my time and money. In fact, I probably saw about 20 people I knew at this event. (We positive attitude people seem to drift to the same type events!) The workshop was hosted at the Unity Church of Louisville in downtown Louisville. I have never attended the church, but others in attendance said they have many worthwhile events and programs at this church. It is small, but the seating was comfortable and the sound good.

The speaker was Michael Losier, author of the book Law of Attraction. If you have heard of the Secret? Well this book tells you how to put the elements of what they speak of in the Secret into play in your life. He had such a great way of presenting and a very simple and usable method for this way of attracting good into your life.

As a speaker I always tell participants that everything they attend they should view as a tool. It may be that some things you learn or hear in a seminar you put into work instantly and some you place away for future use. But one thing is, it is always worth your time if you go away with one new tool to use.

Well the workshop was late on a Thursday evening, but he kept me engaged. And wow, did I take way some items that have helped me in this journey. Everyday we learn something new don't we! I now have a much better appreciation for the expression, What do you want? - Not What don't you want. I now am focusing more on what I want!

Isn't it crazy how life plays out. When we first arrived at the event, they were selling his book and having a book signing. I told Kim, I think I have that book, and you bought it for me! She said really, it does look a little familiar. When I got home that night I checked my office, and yes, there it was, I had the book. But as I have told many, I am more a book on tape, can multi task that way, instead of a book reader. But the thing I discovered at the workshop is, his book is also a type of workbook to get you through the process of incorporating the law of attraction in your life. This is one book I now will take the time to read and use.

Check it out, Law of Attraction, The Science of Attracting More of What you Want and Less of What you Don't Want. I wish I had had my daughter there with me. I saw many women there with their daughters. How I wish I knew then what I know now! But that is the past and I love what I know now. My current question I ask myself everyday? So, what do I want?

If you get the opportunity to hear Michael speak, I highly recommend you invest the time and money. It may change your life forever. He is telling you what the Secret is and how to put it to play in your life. Have a great day, Diane
