Pass some laws that really matter!

Most who know me, know, that I just can't help finding something funny to say about most situations, even about something as awful as this financial crisis currently going on. Some would say that is the sign of a sick mind, but I say you have to laugh to keep from crying some days!

I was just thinking yesterday as I was driving home and listening to the latest opinions on the "Bill" currently being passed, you know they should pass some things into law that really matter like:

- All garments must contain at least 2% spandex
- Botox injections are covered under our health insurance
- Plastic surgery is covered under our health insurance (dollar limit of course)
- All cosmetics are tax exempt (a necessity)
- No photos of women taken from behind will ever be published in the newspaper
- All shoe styles will have heel height options
- All research money will be devoted to Breast Cancer Research and a Diet pill that allows you to eat what you want, be a size 8 AND have no side effect!
Just to name a few!

I'll stop there, but I am on a roll here. I would love to hear what you think, but it should be on the light side.

You know, life sure sends us a great deal to worry about etc, but we need to step back, but things in perspective and find a way to laugh everyday.

I find many people complain, complain and get themselves into such a funk. There is always something to complain about. But doing that just put you deeper in a state that does not allow you to move on. Look at situations, make a decision to correct or accept and move on.

I am not saying what is going on in the country is not serious. Oh yes it is. But that is another blog. My point today is always find something to laugh at each day. It relieves some stress and helps open the mind to resolve the issues that need to be resolved.

And figure out a way to come up with some extra money for those necessities like botox, expensive extra lift bras, ...... ! Have a great day and find a way to laugh or make someone else laugh today!
