Women who inspire me.

Of course there are those women who are famous who inspire me . . . Louise Hay (positive thinking), Ellen (her humor), Tori (her courage), etc. I can go on and on. But it is my friends and everyday women who are most inspiring and keep me going.

How can you not be inspired by women like Carol, who took a leap of faith, quit her job of 25 years and followed her dream. Or Angela who is so at peace and gains strength and inspiration from her faith every day that she is so poised and graceful. And then there is my stepdaughter who is probably the best mom I have ever witnessed and the greatest person despite all the challenges she faced growing up. I can go on and on. Everyday I am touched by a strong, inspirational woman.

Just the other night I was among some very awesome women. They have willingly and enthusiastically agreed to work with Kim and I on a dream of bringing together a group of women for a charity cause. They are all so awesome - Sabrina is so creative, Debi is so connected and Keta is so funny and has such a great attitude. And of course Kim inspires me everyday with her strong will and character yet caring and loving nature. You know you don't need to buy books or tapes, just look around you and you can find such awesome women everyday in so many ways who can inspire you.

I ran into a business associate the other day at a conference, we see one another about once a year. Her daughter has cancer, but she is very upbeat and keeps going with an attitude of winning this fight. How can you not be inspired by that. She never has a negative word or attitude about anything. Many who complain about trivial things need to take a lesson from her. She finds joy in every day.

We have two choices everyday - will you be positive or negative about your day, life or your thinking. Either "you have to do something - like live that day" or you "will do things, get to do an event and use your talents or just accomplish a lot in that day" The attitude selected will determine your success or not. Like today, I am going to accomplish a LOT! This blog was at the top of my list and I am about to mark that off. I am so excited about today, even the piles of laundry! Everything is an accomplishment each day. Look around you there is so much to be excited and happy about. Learn the SECRET today.
