Yes, I have had this date on my calendar ever since I found out. What date? The day the new Sex and the City: The Movie comes out, that's what date. I absolutely love that show.
I was just watching some segments from the movie and I had such a wave of remembrances as to why I loved that show. It is such a great depiction of friendship, love, life and so many other events and emotions that have happened in my life. Perhaps not much of mine has had so much glamour, but it has had a lot of deep friendships, love, life, laughter, etc. When you watch something that makes you remember all these great emotions of life, that is a great show/movie.
Some of the issues and characters are a little overplayed at times. But sometimes life can be too. IN fact, when things get really bad, it is often times good to look at others and realize that perhaps things in your life are not so bad, or tragic etc. And it is always good to remember to enjoy life, enjoy your friends and LAUGH at yourself. I think they do a great job of all of this on this show.
Thanks so much for a great series, I have the entire set. I am soooo looking forward to the movie. Bring it on girls, you know how to live life.
